Double Dutch

A house was set on fire and a murdered body was found. Both the house and the body belonged to a Dutchman and of course this happened in the tranquil and family friendly holiday resort of Pattaya. Some call it Slutsville, but why? I wonder. As its residents will make you believe, Pattaya is just about paradise on earth. I wonder what hell looks like?
