An Opportunity

Thailand see the current flu scare as an opportunity to prove itself.  What exactly they want to prove is not clear, but they did have a meeting of ASEAN health ministers in the Bangkok Dusit Thani that went of without drama. There were lots of cute gay Asian soldiers around, smiling. Maybe that was the attraction?

Bangkok Update

I think I have not touched on gay Asian life in Bangkok in this blog for ages. So here then a little update. DJ station and some other places are open deep into the night again, like in the days of old. That’s good. In the gogo bars everybody still smokes cigarettes. That stinks. The boys on Silom still try to sell you porn DVDs. That sucks.

Pattaya Is OK
